I need to give a user access to something.

Employee Popup

  1. Open up the popup of the employee in question, navigate to the ‘Roles’ tab
  2. Select/Deselect any roles, click the save button on the tab itself.

Security

  1. Navigate to Settings > Security.
  2. Select a role to add  the user to in the ‘Roles’ selection.
  3. Open up the ‘Users’ section on the right.
  4. Find the user and drag it over the left hand side user section.

I need to set my PIN.

The user must login directly with their email until they set an initial PIN, after that they can change their PIN when logged in under a kiosk user.

  1. Open up the Profile window/tab.
    1. In the bottom left of the screen under the menu, is a person with a shield icon, this will open the Profile tab.
    2. Open the user’s employee popup, while logged in as them, navigate to the profile tab.
  2. Enter the PIN.
  3. Save the profile.

I need to add a new employee/user.

Security

  1. Navigate to Settings > Security
  2. Look for the ‘New User’ section
  3. Add the Name, Storage Location, Email, Time Zone, and check whether you want the new user to be an employee with ‘Add Employee’
    1. Add Employee will create an Employee which you can then go to to add additional information.
    2. Time Zone is used to set local times when applicable.
    3. Storage Location is the default warehouse the user will use.
  4. Click ‘Add’.
  5. You may need to refresh the page before adding the user to roles, see ‘I need to give a user access to something?’ above.

New Employee

Creating a new employee from the Data section will also add a user with the email specified

What login button do i need to use?

  • Google
    • gmail.com
    • custom domains that are setup under google
  • Microsoft
    • outlook.com
    • hotmail.com
  • Office 365
    • custom domains that are setup under Office365

I need to choose a different account to log in with.

Google

  1. Navigate to mail.google.com
  2. Click on the profile picture in the top right
  3. Click ‘Add another account’
  4. Log in to the account
  5. Go back to Flourish and login you should now be able to choose the account or it will log in with the new account

Microsoft/Outlook/Hotmail

  1. Navigate to outlook.com
  2. Click on the profile picture in the top right
  3. Click ‘Sign in with a different account’
  4. Log in to the account
  5. Go back to Flourish and login you should now be able to choose the account or it will log in with the new account
