[Event Type] #[X]

Shows the event number or “New [Event Type]” along with the current version of the event. Hovering over it will show the EcommerceID if applicable.

Status

The status of the order, Open Closed, Cancelled or On Hold, Drop down will allow you to change the status e.g., cancel the order along with creating a child event

Tree map

A map of how parent and child events connect to the current event

Child Status

If a child event has been created and its status, e.g., A PO the Receipt may be partially or fully received.

Folder

see UI > Popup > Header Buttons > Folder

[X] Open

Shows the amount of currently open orders and opens recent orders window to ‘Open’ tab

[X] On Hold

Shows the amount of currently open orders and opens recent orders window to ‘On Hold’ tab

Pull Prices

Clicking this will go through the line-items with recipes and add those up and set the price to the sum of the recipe total.

Choose Template

On quotes, this will allow you to choose a template to use for the event, which will have a list of products or product placeholders to add to the order.
