View Recent Orders

Opens a grid with 5 tabs:

• Open – Shows open orders
• Closed – Shows closed orders
• On Hold – Shows orders that have been marked ‘On Hold’
• Cancelled – Shows orders that have been cancelled
• All – Shows all orders

In the toolbar there is a master search first (green), and a customer/supplier search, along with grid selector, and toggle to allow searching relations (red), on the far side (purple), the toggle toggles between showing events and line items

View Event Activity

Show user added notes (for internal use) and various activities related to the event like previous versions.
see Data > Shared > Activity

View Payment Options

Available on existing events (not new ones) with Tender Out, like POS Sales.
Opens the payment screen whether the order is closed or not
see Sales > General Event Information > Payments Screen

View Till Count

Available on POS Sales.
see Settings > + Till Count

View Deposits

Available on non cancelled events where deposits are allowed. Allows you to add a deposit to a customer that is connected to the current event.

View Cash Payout

Available on POS Sales.
Allows someone to create a cash transaction for certain suppliers that have been setup as payout suppliers, Finance tab, Allows Payout.
Reference – identifying information on the document.
Subtotal – Subtotal on the receipt
Tax – the tax calculated based on the POS tax can be over-ridden.
Total – The total cash used, if manually entered then the tax and subtotal will be calculated from it

Email Receipt

Available on POS Sales.
Can email the receipt to the emails specified in the text area.

Start New Version

Available on editable non inventory events.
Saves a copy of the current version to the event activity so that you can revert to it and increases the version number of the event.
To Revert to a previous version open ‘View Event Activity’, find the version to revert to and click the ‘Revert to this Version’ when reverting a copy of the current version will be saved and the reverted version will be started as a new version.

Cancel Pending Quantity

Available on editable inventory events.
Reduces quantity to the amount already consumed on child events.

Update Prices From RFP

Available on Quotes
Pulls the prices from a connected RFP

Return Estimates

Available on quotes.
Sends the prices back to the external parent, a Request for Proposal from another Flourish system.

Run Price Updates

Available on events that add to inventory or increase ATP.

Opens the Update prices window that processes the selected price updates on the products that are on the event.

Return [Event]

Creates a returned copy of the current event, line items etc.

Copy [Event]

Creates a copy of the current event, line items etc.

Regenerate Transaction

Forces the transaction of the event to be regenerated.
