Close Right-Click Menu – Right-clicking on the close button opens a secondary menu
- Coords – gets the coordinates from the address
- Change User Email – Allows the changing of an employees email address
Fields
Header
Employee Number – Generated unique identifier based on Entity Type (2 characters), Name (2), Address (3) and City (2) followed by 3 digits. E.G. EMNAADDCCXXX
Employee Name – Full name of the employee, used for logging in the application
Active – Use this to hide this item from a list and lock a user from being able to log in
Phone Number – Phone number used
Cell Number – Cell Number used
Email – Email used for logging in and contact, cannot be changed tied to security
Details
Address – see Data > Shared > Fields
Employee Info
Job Classification – Type of job employee was hired for, defined by the Job Classification list.
Hire Date – Date of employee’s hiring
End Date – The end of the employee, after this date the employee will be marked as inactive by the system, on login
Birthday – The birthday of the employee will also add a calendar event that is shown in scheduling
External URLs
Schedule URL – The URL to access scheduling information, can be employee specific
H.R. URL – The URL to access human resources information, can be employee specific
Payroll & Tax Info URL – The URL to access payroll information, can be employee specific
Salary Info
Hourly Wage – Wage when paid by the hour
Vacation Pay – % of Wage paid for vacation
Weekly Salary – Wage when paid salary
Hourly Cost – Cost of employee by the hour

Calendar
Availabilities
Employee availabilities are accessed from the Employee popup > Calendar Tab using ‘Add/Edit Availability Events’ and selected the type ‘Schedule’ for each weekday and start and end time can be set as well as when these availabilities will be active for.
Employee availabilities are locked down for the current week plus [x] weeks as determined by see Settings > Settings – System > Employee Schedule > Schedule Lockdown unless the employee is a scheduler. E.g. When the active start is before the start of the lockdown period then they can only edit the Active End Date into the future. When adding, updating and removing schedule availabilities an audit activity is added to the employee
Roles
A list of roles the employee is currently assigned to and the available roles quick way to give a specific employee access
